sx999 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sx999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Bet acceptance. A bet is not considered placed until it has been accepted and confirmed by the sx999 platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system delay or connectivity interruption may not be confirmed — check your bet history to verify any bet you believe you have placed.

Bet settlement. All bets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. For football, the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time (including injury time) is used for standard markets unless the market specifically covers extra time or penalties.

Abandoned and void matches. If a match is abandoned before a valid result is determined (as defined in sport-specific rules), all bets on that match are void and stakes are returned. For cricket, a T20 match requires a minimum of 5 overs per side for a valid Duckworth-Lewis result; otherwise the match is void. Reduced-overs matches that produce a DLS result are settled on that result.

Maximum payout. sx999 applies a maximum single-bet payout limit. The current maximum payout per settled bet is Rs 50,00,000 (Rs 50 lakh). For accumulator bets, the maximum combined payout is Rs 1,00,00,000 (Rs 1 crore). Bets that would mathematically exceed these limits are accepted at the stakes sx999 considers appropriate to remain within payout limits.

All casino and slot games available at sx999 — including jackpot slots, ludo, poker, card games, and virtual sports — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) systems. RNG certifications ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player identity, bet size, or any other factor outside the game's published probability structure.

• Exploitation of software bugs, calculation errors, or system glitches to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug or error are not considered valid and will be reversed by sx999.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, sx999 will attempt to contact the player at their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Players whose accounts are suspended will not be able to place bets, play games, or process withdrawals during the suspension period.

• If a suspended account is found to be in breach of these Terms, sx999 may permanently close the account and withhold the balance subject to investigation findings.
• If a suspended account is found to be compliant, it will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed without further delay.
• Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact sx999 support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure is processed within 24 hours and any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded under sx999's responsible gaming programme cannot request account reopening during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is a commitment, not a temporary lock, and sx999 takes the obligation to enforce it seriously.

• Losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules or mechanics of a game or betting market before placing a wager.
• Loss of earnings or opportunity cost resulting from platform downtime.

• Consequences arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

sx999's total liability to any single player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits sx999's liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
